The plumber from Dutton showed up on time and he was courteous and respectful of my property. He understood exactly what needed to be done and he did just that. I would recommend Dutton and definitely would use them again!

When your toilet is stopped up everything comes to a stop! Dutton Plumbing to the rescue! It was a cold, miserable day with a mixture of frozen rain and sleet and traffic was creeping on the streets. Late in the day I called Dutton Plumbing and told them about my predicament. They said they would try to work me in but no promises. Around 8:00PM a truck pulled up in my driveway and a man came to the door. Within a few minutes the toilet was unplugged, someone had flushed a wash rag down. The charge was very reasonable, particularly considering the hour and road conditions. We have since moved to Oklahoma and we are obviously not in their service area, but I remember their excellent service thought they are certainly worthy of a positive review. George I. Carpenter III

We were having a reoccurring problem with our kitchen sink clogging. Nothing has ever been found. We tried several companies. They would clear the drain, but the next year we'd have the same problem again. Dutton Plumbing was a little more expensive, but worth it. They were very professional and not only cleared the drain, but fixed the problem!

We just had Dutton Plumbing Install a Reverse Osmosis System in our kitchen and we should’ve done this years ago. We bought a TDS Meter to compare the city water to our new system. Our tap water measure 513 which anything over 500 (ppm) is the U.S. EPA’s maximum contamination lever. With our new system from Dutton we are at 17 (ppm)!!! This is considered ideal, drinking water, and the taste is obvious. Thank you Dutton for installing this the very next day after we called.

Great experience with Nick at Dutton. I needed a toilet removed and the estimate was reasonable and he did it same day. I also had an issue with the shower and he showed me how I could fix it myself but due to lack of time on my part and the fact that the estimate was good, I just had him do it. I will be using them again for other stuff.

My second-floor shower was leaking into my kitchen below. Dutton Plumbing was able to come out quickly to resolve my problem. Josiah, Was very honest and helpful., he first diagnosed our issues then gave me an estimate for the services needed. When I approved all services to be done he stated right away. He put in a new toilet line stop & 1/4 inch nipple with a new escutcheon plate. Installed new toilet supply line then a new drain plug for the tub, which he had to go get cause he didn't have one on his truck. Josiah checked for leaks several times due to we live in a two story home prior to cleaning up and after cleaning up. Josiah even called back a little later and asked if I seen anything on the ceiling, ie leaking? I wasn't real sure so he stopped by real quick just to make sure it hadn't leaked. I really appreciate Josiah for going above the normal outstanding customer service and care! I was very happy with my experience with Dutton Plumbing. The owner, Josh, was very responsive and friendly. They got me scheduled right away for cleaning out the drain in my garage. It ended up being a bigger issue than we originally thought but they were able to come back within a few days and complete the work for a very reasonable price. Josiah came out to flush the sewer lines. And replace a toliet for us. Very friendly he explained everything he was doing at all times. Even showed us somethings. Unlike going with the big name companies. That I have had out for years. Which the issue only would get fixed just enough. So then it would happen again requiring a return. Dutton is now our go to for any issues.

I was introduced to the owner when I needed a small commercial job and was having difficulty getting a commercial contractor to return my calls. Josh and his team are responsive and knowledgeable. We had Dutton plumbing install a gas line for us under the house. It all seemed good until the gas company came to hook up the propane tank. The tank installer discovered a leak and we notified Dutton. They were here in under an hour and had it fixed. ‘Exceeds Expectations’ sounds about right. As a new customer (now member) and novice home owner, wasn’t sure what to expect. Had a shower that couldn’t operate without gushing water behind the wall - two spigots that were corroded and need replaced. I called them on a Friday because I had no hot water. They offered to come Saturday but I didn’t want to pay the weekend rate so they came on Monday to check it out. Had a horrible leak from upstairs bathroom into downstairs ceiling. I called Dutton and they sent someone over within 24 hours. Gave me a few alternatives to fix the leak. Of course, I chose the lesser $$ of two evils....and problem was resolved. Their tech, Justin, was very knowledgeable in assessing the problem, discussing the choices in depth, and on top of that, was an extremely courteous and friendly young man. Oh....did I mention the charges were not as much as I anticipated? Great people, great repair job, and great service. I would definitely call them again.

We had gotten the name of Dutton Plumbing from Omalias Living and Outdoor Center where we purchased our ventless gas logs. Chelsea was quick to return phone calls and text. Josh and Sant came out and did the initial estimate, and we got a quick turnaround on that as well. After our logs arrived Josiah and Noah came to do the install. They suggested moving most of the items around the fireplace and brought extra covering for floors, couch and wall above fireplace. They first swept our chimney then installed the log set. They gave us a few instructions on how to operate the logs with the remote then they cleaned up and left. We had no issues, or complaints. They were polite and very easy to work with and we love our new logs! 😊

My husband and I are SO happy we had Dutton Plumbing install our reverse osmosis system! Our TDS meter said our tap water was at 472 (gross!) Our brita was also at 472 (gross and surprising! - We thought we were drinking better quality water with the brita) and our RO water is at a 29. Great work, dutton plumbing helped me with a backwater valve and replacing a drain pipe. They prioritize my drain pipe cause I was out of water even though 811 was giving them so much trouble with digging near a gas line they got it done and very promptly, followed all the rules. I can't recommend them enough. I would definitely hire them again.

We needed an inside main water shut off valve replaced. Our kitchen in the past had flooded due to a faulty faucet, and no way to shut off main supply other than me going to the meter at the street. I cannot stress enough , if you are the man of the home make sure your main water shut off valve inside the home works. And also make sure your wife or significant other knows where this shut of valve is. I cannot stress enough do not tackle any plumbing job unless you are certain you have the knowledge to correct the issue. Googling is not a good idea when it comes to major water flow issues. Our planned tech was not able to make it to us during the expected timeframe, but Chelsea made sure to get us another technician instead. Nic came out, assessed the situation, and made a couple modifications for us. He was done within an hour. He took time to talk to me about potential issues we may still have and what we can do to possibly remedy them without having to do more work. While most companies seem to be worried more about making more sales and charging more money, Nic was not. He was honest, fixed our situation, and provided helpful information to try saving money down the road. It's hard to find that kind of honesty these days. And very much appreciated!

These guys have been great, had them out to fix a few different things between water heater issues and a four inch pipe in our crawlspace. They have always been kind and worked efficiently to fix our problems!

I highly recommend the team at Dutton Plumbing. We have used them a couple of times for our plumbing needs over the years. Last year, a few days before Christmas, our ejector pump went out. Josh provided quotes for just the pump and replacing the old pit with a properly sealed new pit. There was no pressure, and they provided a very competitive price to tear out and install a new pit within days. They are a locally family-owned business who provide great service.
