I have had Dutton Plumbing move a washer drain, clean our tankless water heater, and also fix a toilet. Each time their prices fair, they were courteous, and responded quickly.

I called them on a Friday because I had no hot water. They offered to come Saturday but I didn’t want to pay the weekend rate so they came on Monday to check it out. I called another plumbing company to compare prices and Duttons’ quote was around $500 less than the company I called. My new water heater was installed that same day in the evening. The installers were friendly and efficient. I was very impressed.

Dutton Plumbing has completed several jobs for us. However, this one was an emergency visit due to a freezing pipe in our kitchen. Josiah came promptly and fixed our pipe (and relocated so it shouldn’t freeze again) Job was completed, site was cleaned of debris. Superb service as always! Highly recommend.

I had service done to plugged up drain in bathroom sink. Service was done, no complaints. My bathroom was fixed and left perfectly clean. I would definitely recommend Dutton for any of your problems they were very polite, considerate, and fixed my issue quickly.

When your toilet is stopped up everything comes to a stop! Dutton Plumbing to the rescue! It was a cold, miserable day with a mixture of frozen rain and sleet and traffic was creeping on the streets. Late in the day I called Dutton Plumbing and told them about my predicament. They said they would try to work me in but no promises. Around 8:00PM a truck pulled up in my driveway and a man came to the door. Within a few minutes the toilet was unplugged, someone had flushed a wash rag down. The charge was very reasonable, particularly considering the hour and road conditions. We have since moved to Oklahoma and we are obviously not in their service area, but I remember their excellent service thought they are certainly worthy of a positive review. George I. Carpenter III

Great service

We were having a reoccurring problem with our kitchen sink clogging. Nothing has ever been found. We tried several companies. They would clear the drain, but the next year we'd have the same problem again. Dutton Plumbing was a little more expensive, but worth it. They were very professional and not only cleared the drain, but fixed the problem!

Josh fit me in today and was absolutely the sweetest most professional man. He had my leak fixed within 10 minutes (it's been leaking for 3 months) from a previous job I thought I had fixed! Please reach out to them if you need any work done you won't regret it!

The team was very low pressure, friendly, and professional. We had a new water heater installed and pricing/service was just what we wanted.

We had gotten the name of Dutton Plumbing from Omalias Living and Outdoor Center where we purchased our ventless gas logs. Chelsea was quick to return phone calls and text. Josh and Sant came out and did the initial estimate, and we got a quick turnaround on that as well. After our logs arrived Josiah and Noah came to do the install. They suggested moving most of the items around the fireplace and brought extra covering for floors, couch and wall above fireplace. They first swept our chimney then installed the log set. They gave us a few instructions on how to operate the logs with the remote then they cleaned up and left. We had no issues, or complaints. They were polite and very easy to work with and we love our new logs! 😊

Josh and the Dutton Plumbing team are wonderful to work with! Josh and his team are very responsive, kind, and straightforward. They help to diagnose problems, explain reasoning and ways to prevent future problems, and are obviously great at fixing all those problems. We had multiple plumbing companies come out to fix a shower problem and received quotes. Josh came out and identified the problem differently and saved us over 5 grand and a lot of hassle. Josh has been responsive when we’ve called him to ask questions since then. He worked with us on New Years Eve this year and was able to hypothesize the issue initially with my phone call and sent Nic out to our house within the hour. Nic was professional, kind, quick to explain the process and demonstrated thorough problem solving skills working in our unique, 80 year old house. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Great experience with Nick at Dutton. I needed a toilet removed and the estimate was reasonable and he did it same day. I also had an issue with the shower and he showed me how I could fix it myself but due to lack of time on my part and the fact that the estimate was good, I just had him do it. I will be using them again for other stuff.

Josh is easily the best plumber I’ve ever had do work on any of my properties. Not only is he very well priced, super responsive, courteous and professional, he takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. Some contractors will just say something needs done and to trust them as a professional. Josh will show you exactly where a leak is, any pipe issue, etc. He has informed me on what to look for in the future to prevent anything major from happening which will result in huge savings. ‘Exceeds Expectations’ sounds about right. As a new customer (now member) and novice home owner, wasn’t sure what to expect. Had a shower that couldn’t operate without gushing water behind the wall - two spigots that were corroded and need replaced. I was very happy with my experience with Dutton Plumbing. The owner, Josh, was very responsive and friendly. They got me scheduled right away for cleaning out the drain in my garage. It ended up being a bigger issue than we originally thought but they were able to come back within a few days and complete the work for a very reasonable price. i contacted dutton plumbing today to clear out my clogged shower drain. I fully recommend Dutton Plumbing after the work that they've done at my home. We called them for an actively broken hose bib (which was fully on with water). They got to us immediately, gave us a quote, gave us some options, didn't try to upsell us or say, hey, while I was down there, I noticed x,y,z also wrong. They quoted the job at hand and briefly went over their membership details with zero pressure. And it was actually because of that, the way they addressed our concerns without upselling us, that we did buy their membership as well. The employee that came out to do the work was so incredibly kind, hardworking, and didn't give up until he had fully addressed the issue, which caused him to have to make a couple of trips to the local hardware store unexpectedly. He didn't mind going over and above for us because he wanted to do the job right.
