I highly recommend the team at Dutton Plumbing. We have used them a couple of times for our plumbing needs over the years. Last year, a few days before Christmas, our ejector pump went out. Josh provided quotes for just the pump and replacing the old pit with a properly sealed new pit. There was no pressure, and they provided a very competitive price to tear out and install a new pit within days. They are a locally family-owned business who provide great service.

We've been using Dutton for a little over a year now. We have been thrilled with them in our 130-year-old building and now have them working on some new construction for us as well.

The technician came on time very professional replaced a main pipe in basement and did a great job looked very nice.

Had a horrible leak from upstairs bathroom into downstairs ceiling. I called Dutton and they sent someone over within 24 hours. Gave me a few alternatives to fix the leak. Of course, I chose the lesser $$ of two evils....and problem was resolved. Their tech, Justin, was very knowledgeable in assessing the problem, discussing the choices in depth, and on top of that, was an extremely courteous and friendly young man. Oh....did I mention the charges were not as much as I anticipated? Great people, great repair job, and great service. I would definitely call them again.

We couldn't be more pleased with our services received today from Duttons plumbing. We had a leaking pipe and needed our hot water heater replaced. We had previously called the "quick" guys,and was quoted over twice the amount. The replacement and repairs were done quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality work. I was very happy with my experience with Dutton Plumbing. The owner, Josh, was very responsive and friendly. They got me scheduled right away for cleaning out the drain in my garage. It ended up being a bigger issue than we originally thought but they were able to come back within a few days and complete the work for a very reasonable price. All the plumbers that came to my house were very friendly and professional and I will definitely be using this company again!

We had Josiah out to do a repair last week. After completion, we noticed there may be an issue (nothing at all that he did incorrectly) and requested to have someone come back out to check. Our planned tech was not able to make it to us during the expected timeframe, but Chelsea made sure to get us another technician instead. Nic came out, assessed the situation, and made a couple modifications for us. He was done within an hour. He took time to talk to me about potential issues we may still have and what we can do to possibly remedy them without having to do more work. While most companies seem to be worried more about making more sales and charging more money, Nic was not. He was honest, fixed our situation, and provided helpful information to try saving money down the road. It's hard to find that kind of honesty these days. And very much appreciated!

As a property investor I have worked with Dutton Plumbing on multiple occasions. When your toilet is stopped up everything comes to a stop! Dutton Plumbing to the rescue! It was a cold, miserable day with a mixture of frozen rain and sleet and traffic was creeping on the streets. Late in the day I called Dutton Plumbing and told them about my predicament. They said they would try to work me in but no promises. Around 8:00PM a truck pulled up in my driveway and a man came to the door. Within a few minutes the toilet was unplugged, someone had flushed a wash rag down. The charge was very reasonable, particularly considering the hour and road conditions. We have since moved to Oklahoma and we are obviously not in their service area, but I remember their excellent service thought they are certainly worthy of a positive review. George I. Carpenter III

Our water is 5 years old and we had never had a tune-up. We had had a great experience with Dutton Plumbing previously so we contacted them for a service. Josh did the tune-up and flush. He also us advice on how to care for our water softener. He was prompt, professional, and efficient. Scheduling is easy and I like that they will text to avoid playing phone tag. Great company!

I fully recommend Dutton Plumbing after the work that they've done at my home. We called them for an actively broken hose bib (which was fully on with water). They got to us immediately, gave us a quote, gave us some options, didn't try to upsell us or say, hey, while I was down there, I noticed x,y,z also wrong. They quoted the job at hand and briefly went over their membership details with zero pressure. And it was actually because of that, the way they addressed our concerns without upselling us, that we did buy their membership as well. The employee that came out to do the work was so incredibly kind, hardworking, and didn't give up until he had fully addressed the issue, which caused him to have to make a couple of trips to the local hardware store unexpectedly. He didn't mind going over and above for us because he wanted to do the job right. We had trouble with another plumbing company trying to overcharge and upsell us on other "needed repairs" but Dutton was a lifesaver. They're a smaller company that does good, honest work. My husband and I are SO happy we had Dutton Plumbing install our reverse osmosis system! Our TDS meter said our tap water was at 472 (gross!) Our brita was also at 472 (gross and surprising! - We thought we were drinking better quality water with the brita) and our RO water is at a 29. We have a 10 month old son, so we want to make sure that we're giving him the healthiest possible options, and this RO system did just that! We 1000% recommend Dutton Plumbing for any of your needs!

We just had Dutton Plumbing Install a Reverse Osmosis System in our kitchen and we should’ve done this years ago. We bought a TDS Meter to compare the city water to our new system. Our tap water measure 513 which anything over 500 (ppm) is the U.S. EPA’s maximum contamination lever. With our new system from Dutton we are at 17 (ppm)!!! This is considered ideal, drinking water, and the taste is obvious. Thank you Dutton for installing this the very next day after we called.

I called dutton plumbing to come out and fix my clogged shower drain. The owner Joshua dutton came out himself to handle the work. Water heater blew out and Dutton came out quick to quote me a new one and even got me in the next morning to install a new one. Everyone was helpful from the techs to the office with any questions I had in the process. Work was well done and in a timely manor I would suggest them to anyone.

Josiah, Was very honest and helpful., he first diagnosed our issues then gave me an estimate for the services needed. When I approved all services to be done he stated right away. He put in a new toilet line stop & 1/4 inch nipple with a new escutcheon plate. Installed new toilet supply line then a new drain plug for the tub, which he had to go get cause he didn't have one on his truck. Josiah checked for leaks several times due to we live in a two story home prior to cleaning up and after cleaning up. Josiah even called back a little later and asked if I seen anything on the ceiling, ie leaking? I wasn't real sure so he stopped by real quick just to make sure it hadn't leaked. I really appreciate Josiah for going above the normal outstanding customer service and care! I have used Dutton Plumbing, Inc. for both residential and commercial work. I was introduced to the owner when I needed a small commercial job and was having difficulty getting a commercial contractor to return my calls. Josh and his team are responsive and knowledgeable. Since that first service call to install a kitchen sink and drain in a commercial space, Dutton has become our go-to for all plumbing issues in both buildings. Beyond the commercial projects, I had a drain clog at home the night before guests came into town for a birthday party. Josh had me taken care of the next day. It was clean and pristine and he took the time to explain what he did and why. Without a doubt, Dutton will be handling my plumbing needs, personally and as a business owner, in the future.

We had gotten the name of Dutton Plumbing from Omalias Living and Outdoor Center where we purchased our ventless gas logs. Chelsea was quick to return phone calls and text. Josh and Sant came out and did the initial estimate, and we got a quick turnaround on that as well. After our logs arrived Josiah and Noah came to do the install. They suggested moving most of the items around the fireplace and brought extra covering for floors, couch and wall above fireplace. They first swept our chimney then installed the log set. They gave us a few instructions on how to operate the logs with the remote then they cleaned up and left. We had no issues, or complaints. They were polite and very easy to work with and we love our new logs! 😊

Josh is easily the best plumber I’ve ever had do work on any of my properties. Not only is he very well priced, super responsive, courteous and professional, he takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. Some contractors will just say something needs done and to trust them as a professional. Josh will show you exactly where a leak is, any pipe issue, etc. He has informed me on what to look for in the future to prevent anything major from happening which will result in huge savings. I called them on a Friday because I had no hot water. They offered to come Saturday but I didn’t want to pay the weekend rate so they came on Monday to check it out. I called another plumbing company to compare prices and Duttons’ quote was around $500 less than the company I called. My new water heater was installed that same day in the evening. The installers were friendly and efficient. I was very impressed.

Terrific! We recently hired Dutton Plumbing for some urgent service on our sump pumps, and also for their membership program. Josh and the Dutton Plumbing team are wonderful to work with! Josh and his team are very responsive, kind, and straightforward. They help to diagnose problems, explain reasoning and ways to prevent future problems, and are obviously great at fixing all those problems. We had multiple plumbing companies come out to fix a shower problem and received quotes. Josh came out and identified the problem differently and saved us over 5 grand and a lot of hassle. Josh has been responsive when we’ve called him to ask questions since then. He worked with us on New Years Eve this year and was able to hypothesize the issue initially with my phone call and sent Nic out to our house within the hour. Nic was professional, kind, quick to explain the process and demonstrated thorough problem solving skills working in our unique, 80 year old house. We couldn’t recommend them enough!
