Josh the owner showed up to give us an estimate with no hesitation, and gave us the estimate at a much more reasonable price compared to the other “local” competitors. Nic the technician came on the next open day and got the job done as quickly as he could, in and out. If I have any other issues in the future I definitely know who I’m reaching out too.

i contacted dutton plumbing today to clear out my clogged shower drain. I have used Dutton Plumbing, Inc. for both residential and commercial work. I was introduced to the owner when I needed a small commercial job and was having difficulty getting a commercial contractor to return my calls. Josh and his team are responsive and knowledgeable. Since that first service call to install a kitchen sink and drain in a commercial space, Dutton has become our go-to for all plumbing issues in both buildings. Beyond the commercial projects, I had a drain clog at home the night before guests came into town for a birthday party. Josh had me taken care of the next day. Josh is easily the best plumber I’ve ever had do work on any of my properties. Not only is he very well priced, super responsive, courteous and professional, he takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. Josh and the Dutton Plumbing team are wonderful to work with! Josh and his team are very responsive, kind, and straightforward. We needed an inside main water shut off valve replaced. Our kitchen in the past had flooded due to a faulty faucet, and no way to shut off main supply other than me going to the meter at the street. I cannot stress enough , if you are the man of the home make sure your main water shut off valve inside the home works. And also make sure your wife or significant other knows where this shut of valve is. I cannot stress enough do not tackle any plumbing job unless you are certain you have the knowledge to correct the issue. Googling is not a good idea when it comes to major water flow issues. Call Dutton plumbing. For us the peace of mind is knowing a professional did the job. From our initial call to Dutton plumbing, and the communication with scheduling to the estimate, to the service. Top job! We were well satisfied. And the price for job and materials were very reasonable. My advice, to friends and family. Save yourself a lot of trouble. We had Josiah out to do a repair last week. After completion, we noticed there may be an issue (nothing at all that he did incorrectly) and requested to have someone come back out to check. Our planned tech was not able to make it to us during the expected timeframe, but Chelsea made sure to get us another technician instead. Nic came out, assessed the situation, and made a couple modifications for us. He was done within an hour. He took time to talk to me about potential issues we may still have and what we can do to possibly remedy them without having to do more work. While most companies seem to be worried more about making more sales and charging more money, Nic was not. He was honest, fixed our situation, and provided helpful information to try saving money down the road. It's hard to find that kind of honesty these days. And very much appreciated!

As a property investor I have worked with Dutton Plumbing on multiple occasions. When your toilet is stopped up everything comes to a stop! Dutton Plumbing to the rescue! It was a cold, miserable day with a mixture of frozen rain and sleet and traffic was creeping on the streets. Late in the day I called Dutton Plumbing and told them about my predicament. They said they would try to work me in but no promises. Around 8:00PM a truck pulled up in my driveway and a man came to the door. Within a few minutes the toilet was unplugged, someone had flushed a wash rag down. The charge was very reasonable, particularly considering the hour and road conditions. We have since moved to Oklahoma and we are obviously not in their service area, but I remember their excellent service thought they are certainly worthy of a positive review. George I. Carpenter III

I fully recommend Dutton Plumbing after the work that they've done at my home. We called them for an actively broken hose bib (which was fully on with water). They got to us immediately, gave us a quote, gave us some options, didn't try to upsell us or say, hey, while I was down there, I noticed x,y,z also wrong. They quoted the job at hand and briefly went over their membership details with zero pressure. And it was actually because of that, the way they addressed our concerns without upselling us, that we did buy their membership as well. We just had Dutton Plumbing Install a Reverse Osmosis System in our kitchen and we should’ve done this years ago. We bought a TDS Meter to compare the city water to our new system. Our tap water measure 513 which anything over 500 (ppm) is the U.S. EPA’s maximum contamination lever. With our new system from Dutton we are at 17 (ppm)!!! This is considered ideal, drinking water, and the taste is obvious. Thank you Dutton for installing this the very next day after we called.

Josiah, Was very honest and helpful., he first diagnosed our issues then gave me an estimate for the services needed. When I approved all services to be done he stated right away. He put in a new toilet line stop & 1/4 inch nipple with a new escutcheon plate. Installed new toilet supply line then a new drain plug for the tub, which he had to go get cause he didn't have one on his truck. Josiah checked for leaks several times due to we live in a two story home prior to cleaning up and after cleaning up. Josiah even called back a little later and asked if I seen anything on the ceiling, ie leaking? I wasn't real sure so he stopped by real quick just to make sure it hadn't leaked. I really appreciate Josiah for going above the normal outstanding customer service and care! Went above and beyond, even traveled to Greenwood from Brownsburg to get what was needed to get the job done, same day, just to make sure we didn’t have to go another day without hot water. We had Dutton plumbing install a gas line for us under the house. It all seemed good until the gas company came to hook up the propane tank. The tank installer discovered a leak and we notified Dutton. They were here in under an hour and had it fixed. We are impressed with their speed and desire to have the gas system working safely and properly.

I called them on a Friday because I had no hot water. They offered to come Saturday but I didn’t want to pay the weekend rate so they came on Monday to check it out. I called another plumbing company to compare prices and Duttons’ quote was around $500 less than the company I called. My new water heater was installed that same day in the evening. The installers were friendly and efficient. I was very impressed.

This was probably the best experience I’ve ever had hiring a sub to work on my house. They responded very quickly and had a plumber out to give a quote within 24 hours. After Nick quoted a very affordable price, he was able to do the work right then. He didn’t leave until the job was done. Great kid, great attitude. I felt good investing in this company.

We had gotten the name of Dutton Plumbing from Omalias Living and Outdoor Center where we purchased our ventless gas logs. Chelsea was quick to return phone calls and text. Josh and Sant came out and did the initial estimate, and we got a quick turnaround on that as well. After our logs arrived Josiah and Noah came to do the install. They suggested moving most of the items around the fireplace and brought extra covering for floors, couch and wall above fireplace. They first swept our chimney then installed the log set. They gave us a few instructions on how to operate the logs with the remote then they cleaned up and left. We had no issues, or complaints. They were polite and very easy to work with and we love our new logs! 😊

I highly recommend the team at Dutton Plumbing. We have used them a couple of times for our plumbing needs over the years. Last year, a few days before Christmas, our ejector pump went out. Josh provided quotes for just the pump and replacing the old pit with a properly sealed new pit. My husband and I are SO happy we had Dutton Plumbing install our reverse osmosis system! Our TDS meter said our tap water was at 472 (gross!) Our brita was also at 472 (gross and surprising! - We thought we were drinking better quality water with the brita) and our RO water is at a 29. Dutton plumbing does great work, their people are professional and courteous. I felt like my time and home were very respected by the technicians. Every phone call was treated as a priority with a very respectful young lady. I highly recommend for all plumbing needs. They are the best!!

Had a problem that we could not handle ourselves and someone had recommended Dutton Plumbing. Called they were quick to come, found the issue and gave us an estimate and were able to fix the issue that day. Professional, clean and very nice.

The technician that came out was very knowledgeable and helped make me feel safe about my fireplace. As well as helped me out with my Christmas tree lights after. I’ve never had someone so nice come out.
