I used Dutton Plumbing for the first time yesterday and was extremely happy with their work and their service. They fixed my problem quickly and I felt the price was very reasonable. I will recommend Dutton to my family and neighbors.

I highly recommend them! they are always super kind and professional. They always try to do their best to make the remodel, upgrade or tune up better and more functional. They are affordable and quick to start! They have done great work on our home. Recently they did a full remodel on our kitchen and put in a water heater and softener and they went above and beyond and despite any hiccups they made it work! 10/10

I called early Tuesday morning and Dutton came out to diagnose and repair at 10:15. They were kind, professional, and completed the work quickly. I felt comfortable having them in my home and completing the work.

When your toilet is stopped up everything comes to a stop! Dutton Plumbing to the rescue! It was a cold, miserable day with a mixture of frozen rain and sleet and traffic was creeping on the streets. Late in the day I called Dutton Plumbing and told them about my predicament. They said they would try to work me in but no promises. Around 8:00PM a truck pulled up in my driveway and a man came to the door. Within a few minutes the toilet was unplugged, someone had flushed a wash rag down. The charge was very reasonable, particularly considering the hour and road conditions. We have since moved to Oklahoma and we are obviously not in their service area, but I remember their excellent service thought they are certainly worthy of a positive review. George I. Carpenter III

I have used Dutton Plumbing, Inc. for both residential and commercial work. I was introduced to the owner when I needed a small commercial job and was having difficulty getting a commercial contractor to return my calls. Josh and his team are responsive and knowledgeable. Since that first service call to install a kitchen sink and drain in a commercial space, Dutton has become our go-to for all plumbing issues in both buildings. Beyond the commercial projects, I had a drain clog at home the night before guests came into town for a birthday party. Josh had me taken care of the next day. They have great customer service, they found the issue quickly and fixed it at a fair price compared to what the other companies where trying to charge me. They are also honest and showed me video proof of what was wrong with my pipes.

They did a good job at my house with my slab leak

We were having a reoccurring problem with our kitchen sink clogging. Nothing has ever been found. We tried several companies. They would clear the drain, but the next year we'd have the same problem again. Dutton Plumbing was a little more expensive, but worth it. They were very professional and not only cleared the drain, but fixed the problem!

i contacted dutton plumbing today to clear out my clogged shower drain. Joshua dutton arrived to the job before his original estimated time of arrival. introduced himself and got straight to work. he was very informative with the work he was going to be doing and to me it sounded like a-lot of work but dutton plumbing was unfazed by the problem i was having. after the work was completed he walked me through the steps of what he had done and gave me information on how to keep the problem from recurring. couldn’t be more happy with the work provided and i will be using dutton plumbing for all of my future plumbing needs. thank you dutton plumbing.

I fully recommend Dutton Plumbing after the work that they've done at my home. We called them for an actively broken hose bib (which was fully on with water). They got to us immediately, gave us a quote, gave us some options, didn't try to upsell us or say, hey, while I was down there, I noticed x,y,z also wrong. They quoted the job at hand and briefly went over their membership details with zero pressure. And it was actually because of that, the way they addressed our concerns without upselling us, that we did buy their membership as well. The employee that came out to do the work was so incredibly kind, hardworking, and didn't give up until he had fully addressed the issue, which caused him to have to make a couple of trips to the local hardware store unexpectedly. He didn't mind going over and above for us because he wanted to do the job right. We have an older home with copper pipes and due to some corrosion on some pipes from our main level bathroom, we had to have those pipes replaced. My husband and I are SO happy we had Dutton Plumbing install our reverse osmosis system! Our TDS meter said our tap water was at 472 (gross!) Our brita was also at 472 (gross and surprising! - We thought we were drinking better quality water with the brita) and our RO water is at a 29. We have a 10 month old son, so we want to make sure that we're giving him the healthiest possible options, and this RO system did just that! We 1000% recommend Dutton Plumbing for any of your needs!

Josiah, Was very honest and helpful., he first diagnosed our issues then gave me an estimate for the services needed. When I approved all services to be done he stated right away. He put in a new toilet line stop & 1/4 inch nipple with a new escutcheon plate. Installed new toilet supply line then a new drain plug for the tub, which he had to go get cause he didn't have one on his truck. Josiah checked for leaks several times due to we live in a two story home prior to cleaning up and after cleaning up. Josiah even called back a little later and asked if I seen anything on the ceiling, ie leaking? I wasn't real sure so he stopped by real quick just to make sure it hadn't leaked. I really appreciate Josiah for going above the normal outstanding customer service and care! Josh is easily the best plumber I’ve ever had do work on any of my properties. Not only is he very well priced, super responsive, courteous and professional, he takes the time to explain exactly what he is doing and why he is doing it. Some contractors will just say something needs done and to trust them as a professional. Did spigot replacement fast and clean job would use again

I called them on a Friday because I had no hot water. They offered to come Saturday but I didn’t want to pay the weekend rate so they came on Monday to check it out. I called another plumbing company to compare prices and Duttons’ quote was around $500 less than the company I called. My new water heater was installed that same day in the evening. The installers were friendly and efficient. I was very impressed.

We just had Dutton Plumbing Install a Reverse Osmosis System in our kitchen and we should’ve done this years ago. We bought a TDS Meter to compare the city water to our new system. Our tap water measure 513 which anything over 500 (ppm) is the U.S. EPA’s maximum contamination lever. With our new system from Dutton we are at 17 (ppm)!!! This is considered ideal, drinking water, and the taste is obvious. Thank you Dutton for installing this the very next day after we called.

We had gotten the name of Dutton Plumbing from Omalias Living and Outdoor Center where we purchased our ventless gas logs. Chelsea was quick to return phone calls and text. Josh and Sant came out and did the initial estimate, and we got a quick turnaround on that as well. After our logs arrived Josiah and Noah came to do the install. They suggested moving most of the items around the fireplace and brought extra covering for floors, couch and wall above fireplace. They first swept our chimney then installed the log set. They gave us a few instructions on how to operate the logs with the remote then they cleaned up and left. We had no issues, or complaints. They were polite and very easy to work with and we love our new logs! 😊

Josiah came out to flush the sewer lines. And replace a toliet for us. Very friendly he explained everything he was doing at all times. Even showed us somethings. Unlike going with the big name companies. That I have had out for years. Which the issue only would get fixed just enough. So then it would happen again requiring a return. Dutton is now our go to for any issues.

Dutton Plumbing is great to work with. They do a wonderful job. I had a bathroom to be demoed and they tore out double sink, tub, shower and capped off the water lines and drains. Had a horrible leak from upstairs bathroom into downstairs ceiling. I called Dutton and they sent someone over within 24 hours. Gave me a few alternatives to fix the leak. Of course, I chose the lesser $$ of two evils....and problem was resolved. Their tech, Justin, was very knowledgeable in assessing the problem, discussing the choices in depth, and on top of that, was an extremely courteous and friendly young man. Oh....did I mention the charges were not as much as I anticipated? Great people, great repair job, and great service. I would definitely call them again.
