We had gotten the name of Dutton Plumbing from Omalias Living and Outdoor Center where we purchased our ventless gas logs. Chelsea was quick to return phone calls and text. Josh and Sant came out and did the initial estimate, and we got a quick turnaround on that as well. After our logs arrived Josiah and Noah came to do the install. They suggested moving most of the items around the fireplace and brought extra covering for floors, couch and wall above fireplace. They first swept our chimney then installed the log set. They gave us a few instructions on how to operate the logs with the remote then they cleaned up and left. We had no issues, or complaints. They were polite and very easy to work with and we love our new logs! 😊

My husband and I are SO happy we had Dutton Plumbing install our reverse osmosis system! Our TDS meter said our tap water was at 472 (gross!) Our brita was also at 472 (gross and surprising! - We thought we were drinking better quality water with the brita) and our RO water is at a 29. When your toilet is stopped up everything comes to a stop! Dutton Plumbing to the rescue! It was a cold, miserable day with a mixture of frozen rain and sleet and traffic was creeping on the streets. Late in the day I called Dutton Plumbing and told them about my predicament. They said they would try to work me in but no promises. Around 8:00PM a truck pulled up in my driveway and a man came to the door. Within a few minutes the toilet was unplugged, someone had flushed a wash rag down. The charge was very reasonable, particularly considering the hour and road conditions. i contacted dutton plumbing today to clear out my clogged shower drain. We had Josiah out to do a repair last week. After completion, we noticed there may be an issue (nothing at all that he did incorrectly) and requested to have someone come back out to check. Our planned tech was not able to make it to us during the expected timeframe, but Chelsea made sure to get us another technician instead. Nic came out, assessed the situation, and made a couple modifications for us. He was done within an hour. He took time to talk to me about potential issues we may still have and what we can do to possibly remedy them without having to do more work. While most companies seem to be worried more about making more sales and charging more money, Nic was not. He was honest, fixed our situation, and provided helpful information to try saving money down the road. It's hard to find that kind of honesty these days. And very much appreciated!

I fully recommend Dutton Plumbing after the work that they've done at my home. We called them for an actively broken hose bib (which was fully on with water). They got to us immediately, gave us a quote, gave us some options, didn't try to upsell us or say, hey, while I was down there, I noticed x,y,z also wrong. And it was actually because of that, the way they addressed our concerns without upselling us, that we did buy their membership as well. Water heater blew out and Dutton came out quick to quote me a new one and even got me in the next morning to install a new one. Everyone was helpful from the techs to the office with any questions I had in the process. Work was well done and in a timely manor I would suggest them to anyone.

Josh and the Dutton Plumbing team are wonderful to work with! Josh and his team are very responsive, kind, and straightforward. We needed an inside main water shut off valve replaced. Our kitchen in the past had flooded due to a faulty faucet, and no way to shut off main supply other than me going to the meter at the street. I cannot stress enough , if you are the man of the home make sure your main water shut off valve inside the home works. And also make sure your wife or significant other knows where this shut of valve is. I cannot stress enough do not tackle any plumbing job unless you are certain you have the knowledge to correct the issue. Googling is not a good idea when it comes to major water flow issues. Call Dutton plumbing. For us the peace of mind is knowing a professional did the job. From our initial call to Dutton plumbing, and the communication with scheduling to the estimate, to the service. The technician came on time very professional replaced a main pipe in basement and did a great job looked very nice.

We had Dutton plumbing install a gas line for us under the house. It all seemed good until the gas company came to hook up the propane tank. The tank installer discovered a leak and we notified Dutton. They were here in under an hour and had it fixed. We are impressed with their speed and desire to have the gas system working safely and properly.

I was very happy with my experience with Dutton Plumbing. The owner, Josh, was very responsive and friendly. They got me scheduled right away for cleaning out the drain in my garage. It ended up being a bigger issue than we originally thought but they were able to come back within a few days and complete the work for a very reasonable price. Dutton Plumbing replaced my old (fiberglass) shower in my master bathroom with a tile shower. The difference is amazing, and I am completely satisfied with the work they did. Terrific! We recently hired Dutton Plumbing for some urgent service on our sump pumps, and also for their membership program. Great group of people here. Josh was able to get his guys out to run water lines and new drains for a washer dryer combo for a new laundry room. The guys were very professional and did a great job. They were in and out in a day which was great for me to be able to move forward with the project.

We were having a reoccurring problem with our kitchen sink clogging. Nothing has ever been found. We tried several companies. They would clear the drain, but the next year we'd have the same problem again. Dutton Plumbing was a little more expensive, but worth it. They were very professional and not only cleared the drain, but fixed the problem!

I highly recommend the team at Dutton Plumbing. We have used them a couple of times for our plumbing needs over the years. Last year, a few days before Christmas, our ejector pump went out. Josh provided quotes for just the pump and replacing the old pit with a properly sealed new pit. There was no pressure, and they provided a very competitive price to tear out and install a new pit within days. They are a locally family-owned business who provide great service.

They did a good job at my house with my slab leak

I called them on a Friday because I had no hot water. They offered to come Saturday but I didn’t want to pay the weekend rate so they came on Monday to check it out. I called another plumbing company to compare prices and Duttons’ quote was around $500 less than the company I called. My new water heater was installed that same day in the evening. The installers were friendly and efficient. I was very impressed.

We just had Dutton Plumbing Install a Reverse Osmosis System in our kitchen and we should’ve done this years ago. We bought a TDS Meter to compare the city water to our new system. Our tap water measure 513 which anything over 500 (ppm) is the U.S. EPA’s maximum contamination lever. With our new system from Dutton we are at 17 (ppm)!!! This is considered ideal, drinking water, and the taste is obvious. Thank you Dutton for installing this the very next day after we called.

Of course, I chose the lesser $$ of two evils....and problem was resolved.
