We had the pleasure of having Dutton Plumbing in our basement today to do all our plumbing for basement finishing. I am very happy we chose them. We were having a plumbing emergency with our pressure tank and they came and immediately knew what was going on. They were professional and took their time to fix our problem. The staff is so kind and understanding.
I called them on a Friday because I had no hot water. They offered to come Saturday but I didn’t want to pay the weekend rate so they came on Monday to check it out. I called another plumbing company to compare prices and Duttons’ quote was around $500 less than the company I called. My new water heater was installed that same day in the evening. The installers were friendly and efficient. I was very impressed.

I called dutton plumbing to come out and fix my clogged shower drain. The owner Joshua dutton came out himself to handle the work. Josh had kept me informed about his estimated time of arrival throughout the morning and was here and done by the time I got home from work. Josh not only did an immaculate job he also provided with an explanation on what he was doing to my drain and what he was using to clear it out also explained to me what could of caused this to happen to my drain. Dutton plumbing is by far the best plumbing service I have used to the date. He has handled all of my family’s work and we are all overly satisfied with his work ethic and his professionalism. Thank you dutton plumbing. I just scheduled my bathroom remodel with him and I couldn’t be more excited about it.

Had a two different big name companies come out and tell me they couldn’t help me. Josh and his team walked in and said no problem. Went above and beyond, even traveled to Greenwood from Brownsburg to get what was needed to get the job done, same day, just to make sure we didn’t have to go another day without hot water. They literally ran into every headache and issue that could possibly go wrong, but they handled it with ease and didn’t nickel and dime charge me to death. 🙌🏼

Had a really great experience and they were able to get us fit in earlier than expected, which was great because we had no hot water. He gave really great advice/information as to what he was doing during the entire service of our water heater and left us with multiple options for future repair or replacement. Would recommend for anyone in need or service in a pinch!
We couldn't be more pleased with our services received today from Duttons plumbing. We had a leaking pipe and needed our hot water heater replaced. We had previously called the "quick" guys,and was quoted over twice the amount. The replacement and repairs were done quickly and efficiently while maintaining quality work. Nick was in and out of my house to repair a large leak under my sink and replace my garbage disposal. I don’t know if I’d ever been so pleased with an in home service. We were very pleased with the service we received from Dutton Plumbing. Tyler was out promptly on Monday morning after I found a water leak in our basement ceiling. We have an older home with copper pipes and due to some corrosion on some pipes from our main level bathroom, we had to have those pipes replaced. Josh and the Dutton Plumbing team are wonderful to work with! Josh and his team are very responsive, kind, and straightforward. They help to diagnose problems, explain reasoning and ways to prevent future problems, and are obviously great at fixing all those problems. We had multiple plumbing companies come out to fix a shower problem and received quotes. Josh came out and identified the problem differently and saved us over 5 grand and a lot of hassle. Josh has been responsive when we’ve called him to ask questions since then. He worked with us on New Years Eve this year and was able to hypothesize the issue initially with my phone call and sent Nic out to our house within the hour. Nic was professional, kind, quick to explain the process and demonstrated thorough problem solving skills working in our unique, 80 year old house. We couldn’t recommend them enough!

Dutton Plumbing has completed several jobs for us. However, this one was an emergency visit due to a freezing pipe in our kitchen. Josiah came promptly and fixed our pipe (and relocated so it shouldn’t freeze again) Job was completed, site was cleaned of debris. Superb service as always! Highly recommend.

Unlike going with the big name companies. That I have had out for years. Which the issue only would get fixed just enough. So then it would happen again requiring a return. Had a horrible leak from upstairs bathroom into downstairs ceiling. I called Dutton and they sent someone over within 24 hours. Gave me a few alternatives to fix the leak. Of course, I chose the lesser $$ of two evils....and problem was resolved. Their tech, Justin, was very knowledgeable in assessing the problem, discussing the choices in depth, and on top of that, was an extremely courteous and friendly young man. Oh....did I mention the charges were not as much as I anticipated? Great people, great repair job, and great service. I would definitely call them again.

And more recently, we needed both our water softener and water heater replaced and they were super to work with throughout the process. I was very happy with my experience with Dutton Plumbing. The owner, Josh, was very responsive and friendly. They got me scheduled right away for cleaning out the drain in my garage. It ended up being a bigger issue than we originally thought but they were able to come back within a few days and complete the work for a very reasonable price. Had a shower that couldn’t operate without gushing water behind the wall - two spigots that were corroded and need replaced.
