Careful and detail oriented workers get the job done right! As a GC I have used Dutton Plumbing on jobs for my swimming pool business- myself and the homeowners are always pleased with their work and professionalism!

I called dutton plumbing to come out and fix my clogged shower drain. The owner Joshua dutton came out himself to handle the work. Josh had kept me informed about his estimated time of arrival throughout the morning and was here and done by the time I got home from work. Josh not only did an immaculate job he also provided with an explanation on what he was doing to my drain and what he was using to clear it out also explained to me what could of caused this to happen to my drain. Dutton plumbing is by far the best plumbing service I have used to the date. He has handled all of my family’s work and we are all overly satisfied with his work ethic and his professionalism. Thank you dutton plumbing. I just scheduled my bathroom remodel with him and I couldn’t be more excited about it.

Our water is 5 years old and we had never had a tune-up. We had had a great experience with Dutton Plumbing previously so we contacted them for a service. Josh did the tune-up and flush. Water heater blew out and Dutton came out quick to quote me a new one and even got me in the next morning to install a new one. Everyone was helpful from the techs to the office with any questions I had in the process. Work was well done and in a timely manor I would suggest them to anyone.

We needed an inside main water shut off valve replaced. Our kitchen in the past had flooded due to a faulty faucet, and no way to shut off main supply other than me going to the meter at the street. I cannot stress enough , if you are the man of the home make sure your main water shut off valve inside the home works. And also make sure your wife or significant other knows where this shut of valve is. I cannot stress enough do not tackle any plumbing job unless you are certain you have the knowledge to correct the issue. Googling is not a good idea when it comes to major water flow issues. Call Dutton plumbing. For us the peace of mind is knowing a professional did the job. From our initial call to Dutton plumbing, and the communication with scheduling to the estimate, to the service. Top job! We were well satisfied. And the price for job and materials were very reasonable. My advice, to friends and family. Save yourself a lot of trouble. Dutton Plumbing did an amazing job fixing our two broken outdoor hose bibbs. We had trouble with another plumbing company trying to overcharge and upsell us on other "needed repairs" but Dutton was a lifesaver. They're a smaller company that does good, honest work. Great experience with Nick at Dutton. I needed a toilet removed and the estimate was reasonable and he did it same day. I also had an issue with the shower and he showed me how I could fix it myself but due to lack of time on my part and the fact that the estimate was good, I just had him do it. I will be using them again for other stuff.

My husband and I are SO happy we had Dutton Plumbing install our reverse osmosis system! Our TDS meter said our tap water was at 472 (gross!) Our brita was also at 472 (gross and surprising! - We thought we were drinking better quality water with the brita) and our RO water is at a 29. We have a 10 month old son, so we want to make sure that we're giving him the healthiest possible options, and this RO system did just that! We 1000% recommend Dutton Plumbing for any of your needs!

From the office phone contact to arrange for quoting the job (sorry I don't recall her name), Nick coming to the house to assess the job (adding gas lines for switching outdoor grill location) and Logan for performing the work, the staff were very client satisfaction focused, knowledgeable and clear about the job to be done and provided superlative service and work quality. Cost was very competitive (I got 3 quotes, one being twice the estimate of Dutton, without even figuring the new customer discount Dutton offered. I couldn't have been better treated for such quality work. Dutton truly provides fiduciary experience. We had Josiah out to do a repair last week. After completion, we noticed there may be an issue (nothing at all that he did incorrectly) and requested to have someone come back out to check. Our planned tech was not able to make it to us during the expected timeframe, but Chelsea made sure to get us another technician instead. Nic came out, assessed the situation, and made a couple modifications for us. He was done within an hour. He took time to talk to me about potential issues we may still have and what we can do to possibly remedy them without having to do more work. While most companies seem to be worried more about making more sales and charging more money, Nic was not. He was honest, fixed our situation, and provided helpful information to try saving money down the road. It's hard to find that kind of honesty these days. And very much appreciated!

Josiah, Was very honest and helpful., he first diagnosed our issues then gave me an estimate for the services needed. When I approved all services to be done he stated right away. He put in a new toilet line stop & 1/4 inch nipple with a new escutcheon plate. Installed new toilet supply line then a new drain plug for the tub, which he had to go get cause he didn't have one on his truck. Josiah checked for leaks several times due to we live in a two story home prior to cleaning up and after cleaning up. Josiah even called back a little later and asked if I seen anything on the ceiling, ie leaking? I wasn't real sure so he stopped by real quick just to make sure it hadn't leaked. I really appreciate Josiah for going above the normal outstanding customer service and care! I fully recommend Dutton Plumbing after the work that they've done at my home. We called them for an actively broken hose bib (which was fully on with water). They got to us immediately, gave us a quote, gave us some options, didn't try to upsell us or say, hey, while I was down there, I noticed x,y,z also wrong. And it was actually because of that, the way they addressed our concerns without upselling us, that we did buy their membership as well. We were having a reoccurring problem with our kitchen sink clogging. Nothing has ever been found. We tried several companies. They would clear the drain, but the next year we'd have the same problem again. Dutton Plumbing was a little more expensive, but worth it. When your toilet is stopped up everything comes to a stop! Dutton Plumbing to the rescue! It was a cold, miserable day with a mixture of frozen rain and sleet and traffic was creeping on the streets. Late in the day I called Dutton Plumbing and told them about my predicament. They said they would try to work me in but no promises. Around 8:00PM a truck pulled up in my driveway and a man came to the door. Within a few minutes the toilet was unplugged, someone had flushed a wash rag down. The charge was very reasonable, particularly considering the hour and road conditions. We have since moved to Oklahoma and we are obviously not in their service area, but I remember their excellent service thought they are certainly worthy of a positive review. George I. Carpenter III

We have an older home with copper pipes and due to some corrosion on some pipes from our main level bathroom, we had to have those pipes replaced. Josiah came out to flush the sewer lines. And replace a toliet for us. Very friendly he explained everything he was doing at all times. Even showed us somethings. ‘Exceeds Expectations’ sounds about right. As a new customer (now member) and novice home owner, wasn’t sure what to expect. Had a shower that couldn’t operate without gushing water behind the wall - two spigots that were corroded and need replaced. Josh and the Dutton Plumbing team are wonderful to work with! Josh and his team are very responsive, kind, and straightforward. They help to diagnose problems, explain reasoning and ways to prevent future problems, and are obviously great at fixing all those problems. We had multiple plumbing companies come out to fix a shower problem and received quotes. Josh came out and identified the problem differently and saved us over 5 grand and a lot of hassle. Josh has been responsive when we’ve called him to ask questions since then. He worked with us on New Years Eve this year and was able to hypothesize the issue initially with my phone call and sent Nic out to our house within the hour. I called them on a Friday because I had no hot water. They offered to come Saturday but I didn’t want to pay the weekend rate so they came on Monday to check it out. Dutton Plumbing replaced my old (fiberglass) shower in my master bathroom with a tile shower. The difference is amazing, and I am completely satisfied with the work they did. I have used Dutton Plumbing, Inc. for both residential and commercial work. I was introduced to the owner when I needed a small commercial job and was having difficulty getting a commercial contractor to return my calls. Josh and his team are responsive and knowledgeable. Since that first service call to install a kitchen sink and drain in a commercial space, Dutton has become our go-to for all plumbing issues in both buildings. Beyond the commercial projects, I had a drain clog at home the night before guests came into town for a birthday party. Josh had me taken care of the next day. Had a horrible leak from upstairs bathroom into downstairs ceiling. I called Dutton and they sent someone over within 24 hours. Gave me a few alternatives to fix the leak. Of course, I chose the lesser $$ of two evils....and problem was resolved. Their tech, Justin, was very knowledgeable in assessing the problem, discussing the choices in depth, and on top of that, was an extremely courteous and friendly young man. Oh....did I mention the charges were not as much as I anticipated? Great people, great repair job, and great service. I would definitely call them again.

Great group of people here. Josh was able to get his guys out to run water lines and new drains for a washer dryer combo for a new laundry room. The guys were very professional and did a great job. They were in and out in a day which was great for me to be able to move forward with the project.

We had Dutton plumbing install a gas line for us under the house. It all seemed good until the gas company came to hook up the propane tank. The tank installer discovered a leak and we notified Dutton. They were here in under an hour and had it fixed. Had a plumbing issue resulting from corner cutting by our builder. Dutton diagnosed the issue and completed the work on time and at budget. Was very satisfied with the people and their work.

We just had Dutton Plumbing Install a Reverse Osmosis System in our kitchen and we should’ve done this years ago. We bought a TDS Meter to compare the city water to our new system. Our tap water measure 513 which anything over 500 (ppm) is the U.S. EPA’s maximum contamination lever. With our new system from Dutton we are at 17 (ppm)!!! This is considered ideal, drinking water, and the taste is obvious. Thank you Dutton for installing this the very next day after we called.
